  • Meeting your child’s emotional needs requires a lot of prayer. I rely on a “troubled spirit” when it comes to my children. Many a time I’ve waken in the middle of the night in order to pray for my children. I usually don’t get it or see it in the physical. My children don’t usually tell me, especially the older they get. If I do see it in the physical I go to pray to get the right take on the problem. It’s never what I think it is.

  • Salvation through Jesus Christ

“I bear my special witness that Jesus Christ gave His life, making possible the salvation and exaltation of all the families of the earth. With all the feeling of a tender parent, I express my love and the love of our Heavenly Father to you and your family.

“May we gather our loved ones around us, ‘gird up [our] loins; [and] fresh courage take. Our God will never us forsake.’ With faith, courage, and love, families will truly be together forever.”

    Brother Paul

  • Glad you pray for your children. Often I am up late and praying for mine. Sometimes in these past few weeks it feels like I am walking on eggshells around my kids. Teenagers are so challenging.
