I’ve been out of town several times over the past few weeks. I enjoyed training in Branson, MO last week. Training to do Kid’s Outreaches. We’re planning on doing Kid’s Quest in Mississippi this summer.
Good Morning, Pastor Randy. Kid’s Quest in MS, huh? Awesome! So, things are looking a little better for us. Derek got hired at McDonald’s. I can’t complain because it’s a job and it seems that he did better at Taco John’s! I think it’s because he has done fast food most of his life, so it’s something he is used to and comfortable with. I don’t think he was ready for the factory jobs (unfortunately). I just need to be thankful that he’s working again! After I recover from having this little one I am going to look for a job myself. I can’t depend on him as much as I wish I could. So pray that our sleeping schedules can get back on track. The week that we went through the major stress we were up all night not being able to sleep and then my body got used to staying up all night and wanting to sleep in the day. I know I sound full of excuses, but Sunday morning I was planning to go to church, set the alarm, woke up but ended up falling asleep on the coach. I didn’t fall asleep until like 8 that morning. Just an example of my crazy life! I haven’t been avoiding going to church on Sunday’s, that’s just what’s been going on. Anywho, keep us in your prayers. Love you guys!
P.S I suppose I could call your wife and ask her, but I just thought about it, so I thought I’d ask you if you guys have a basinnett that I could borrow. We have one, but our stuff is still in Ellendale and I am afraid that we wont make it there before the baby is born, so in that case we will need something for the baby to sleep in until we can get up there to get our basinnett and crib. If not, that’s ok. I just wondered if you had one for Kalli.
Please pray for me as I am scheduled to have a c-section on Friday, 2/10/06 at 8am!
