James & John wanted to have authority with Jesus, so they asked him.  Jesus told the two that they didn’t know what they were asking.  The rest of the group became indignant with James and John.  I would probaly guess they were upset at them because they wanted to ask Jesus the same question.  How many times do we get upset at someone because they spoke up first?  Jesus again explained that in order to be great in the Kingdom you had to be a servant. 

We had a great family time last night.  We all walked to the park.  Kim & I walked around the park while Brooke told Kalli & Noah to the play ground.  It was a good time.  I’m now preparing for a Children’s Outreach in Mississippi.  I believe that’s going to be good. 

I’m reading in Luke 10 where Jesus was telling his disciples what was coming.  They didn’t get it until it was all over.  I have to say that I don’t get a lot of what God is speaking to me until it’s all over; then the realization comes. 

I just got back from Middle School Camp.  It was great.  God really moved among the campers.  I feel like I found hidden treasurer in the campers I had.  I learned new things about them.  It was great.
