Mark 12
The book of Mark is about miracles, except for the 12th chapter. In this chapter Jesus rebukes many different people. I’m not particularly thrilled to be in the 12th chapter but it’s necessary. Jesus is alive in me. Does he have to clean his temple with rebuke? Yes, if he’s to do any miracles. And believe me he does throw things around.

I’m thankful he loves us enough to correct us.
I think it’s all a matter of perspective. Whatever situation I’m in, I have to keep my eyes fixed on God. If I don’t, I let circumstances overwhelm and control me instead of remembering my authority in Christ.
