2006 Highlight
I’ve read a lot of Xanga entries that recapped the year of 2006. I picked one: The greatest highlight of 2006 was when a group of us went to Biolixi, Mississippi – this past summer. We conducted a Kid’s Krusade. It took us nearly 24 hours to travel there. We stayed somewhere on the way there but on the way back we traveled straight home. We had so much fun. The best part was going into the fast food places, handing out flyers and balloons. Many children came to the krusade and we had a lot of fun.

My highlight was the purchase of my new puppy, Kibbles! I have two otehr dogs as well, but Kibbles really adds something special to the mix! The pitfall of 2006 is 2 days before Christmas when I accidently stepped on my 14 week old Kibbles and accidently broke her paw! Thank goodness pets are forgiving! take care and I hope you and your family have a safe & Happy New Year!

One highlight of 2006 was fishing for salmon in a river alongside giant grizzly bears. They didn’t bother us, we didn’t bother them. Pretty neat.
