each more heavily populated than California

  • History will record that George W. Bush was one of the 21st centuries greatest presidents...along the same lines as Abraham Lincoln!

  • Let's see... how about this neat backpack invention?

  • Randy,

Eid is:Eid ul-Fitr (Arabic: عيد الفطر ‘Īd al-Fiṭr), often abbreviated as simply Eid, is an Islamic holiday that marks the end of Ramadan, the month of fasting. Fiṭr means "to break the fast" and therefore symbolizes the breaking of the fasting period. On the day of the celebration, a typical Muslim family is awake very early and then after praying the first normal everyday prayer, is required to eat in a small quantity, symbolizing the end of Ramadan.

it's a little confusing but it's a easier way to explain Eid.

  • The reality tv show era ends. LOL

    Daniel

  • seriously i cannot predict it... it might get higher?

  • I second the end of the reality show era.  That's awesome that you're a Cornhusker fan.  Yeah, it was pretty disapointing, but we played tough and lost to a great team.  Next year, we're going all the way!!! Lol

  • The Japanese style is very popular, but it's getting a bad reputation because many of the comics and cartoons made in this style are very... vulgar. A lot of the artists that draw these draw very perverted drawings or emphasize gay couples or use a ton of dirty language. But one of my dreams is to become one of those comic authors. But I want to make a good clean comic that is very popular without the junk to prove that the bad stuff isn't needed to make a comic that people will read. I wish I could post my art on the internet, but unfortunately I don't have a scanner. God bless.

  • Thanks for subscribing come by often. Judi

  • In 2107 I think people will marvel at the quaint way we sit and use a keyboard at a computer.

(Yeah, I stole this from Capt. Montgomery Scott, and I'm sure you know who he is/was)

  • I did have a good New Years, thank you
We had a small party and invited some old friends we don't get to see much (the people you share New Years with are the people that stay with you the entire year, but we put more emphasis on this for our religious New Year, Rosh Hashanah)
We had tons of food, included my mother's homemade hummos and pita from THE BEST Middle Eastern cuisine place Pita Inn. They serve them in big bags still soft as fresh baked bread and still warm. MMM they were good.
We also have a tradition I HATE. We (well, they--I can't stand seafood) eat pickled herring at midnight to bring much mazal (luck) in the New Year. It was so nasty, the kitchen smelled like fish and I had to take my sparkling grape juice outside.
But it was a fun time, thank you for asking. I wish you much mazal and nachas in the coming year!

  • Praise God I got past the 47 for Tennessee!!! I think in 2007 there will be a more significant rise in anti-christianism and christians will be ridiculed more than ever. 100 years from now------I pray that we will be in the Millenial reign of Jesus Christ.
