  • And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire….   The greek word for pull is harpadzo.  This is a strong and aggressive word that presents a picture of snatching someone out of a dangerous situation.

What do you do when you see someone else in fault?
A.Do you: Do nothing because it’s not your business.
B.Do you: Say something to someone else other than the person. (maybe in a prayer request)
C.Do you: Say something to the person.

What do you think about the A,B, or C type of person?

  • I understand all three but it also depend on the situation before I react on thing.

  • I think I probably do all three of those.

  • A or C depending on the person or the situation.

If someone else is in danger or there is a danger from the thing… I ALWAYS say something. If it is as simple as someone else defining a word wrong… or talking about something they know nothing about… I mighht let it go… Why make them feel bad?

  • I try to do C, but sometimes end up doing A or B

  • B or C… It depends on many things.

  • A Is the easiest. B is good and may also give you direction for C. C takes a lot of courage. Do you remember that old hymn… Rescue the Perishing, Care for the Dying. Snatch them in pity from sin and the grave. I think that hymn was taken from this verse in Jude. Eternity is so final. It is either one way or the other and much more urgent than think. It seems so far off… but in the measure of Eternity, it is not that far away.

So yes… C is the correct answer tempered with B.

  • I think all wish that they could be a “C.”   However that is not always the best choice.  Sometimes the person make take it better from a person of authority, or someone they respect, and therefore, if that’s not you in the case, you should bring it up with someone who is.  If you are that person, then by all means you should.  Choice A is a no-no, we can’t just say nothing and hope someone else catches it.  While I’d like to say that I’ve never been an A, that wouldn’t be true.   There have been times where I should have said something and didn’t, and that’s a regret I have to live with for the rest of my natural life.

  • It would depend upon what it was, but I usually would say something to the person.  But I understand the other two also.  Regarding your past post: every time I watch the news, I feel we’re closer to Jesus’ return!  Maranatha!!  Take care & God bless.

  • I don’t know..

  • Depends on the potential harm.  None?  Do nothing. Grave? Intervene.
