  • It is not “Good Bye”, but “Farewell”.  I can hear Jesus telling him as he entered Heaven, “Well, done, Jerry”.

  • thanks for the birthday wishes =)

you and your family do anything special this mother’s day weekend?

  • I was rather shocked at Falwell’s death.  He was very influential.  I understand that he did have heart problems and…he was overweight.  I think sometimes Christians don’t think it is harmful to overeat.  If we do all things to God’s Glory and we treat our bodies as the Temple of the Holy Spirit, than we do need to be as careful as possible with our health.  I need to remind myself of that too!  I can’t judge others but….it is a fact that we should take care of ourselves so we can do the work that we are to do here on this earth.

I read that about Obama.  I think it has been mentioned (we watch Fox News which reports things that the MSM seem to overlook)  It was a strict Muslim school…Wasabi which in parts of the world teach the destruction of Israel and the U.S. and also want Muslim domination in the world.  I’ve heard it said that if you teach a child before 4 years of age, it does not leave him….I would be concerned about the basic philosophy of that religion….It doesn’t seem to give much allowance for freedom to choose otherwise.  Even in moderately Muslim countries, Christians do not get much opportunities for important positions.  He is a member of the Church of Christ.  Does he believe in his own heart?  I don’t know.  He has never really testified to that fact.  He is likeable but I wouldn’t vote for him for other reasons.

  • I don’t actually know that much about Jerry Falwell.  He kind of got eclipsed by all the other flashier, more corrupt televangelists in the 80′s.

  • Hope you are having a good day.

  • abortion is not black and white.
i am not passionate about that, i am completely stunned that you would base your vote on a man’s religion.
you emailed me and said “please take me off your list, Obama is Muslim” you did not say “please take me off your list, Obama is pro-choice”.
    still shocked

  • the man said his dad was atheist and his mom switched religions often…. he did not grow up muslim

  • Hi there…hope you are having a good Wednesday..

  • HEY!! I was gone for 10 days, but now I’m back!!! How are you? How’s everything going? How’s your sweet wife and kids? Did she have a great Mother’s Day!? I hope so!

I had a great time at my “birds” graduation and seeing family in TN, but it’s good to be home! I missed my bed and my pillow! LOL! Guess I’m getting old!

Hope your day is going well, my friend!

  • How to conduct yourself as a good and proper Christian can be found, in it’s entirity in the Sermon on the Mount.  It contains the Beautitudes, Lord’s Prayer, teaches us to “resist” evil and to turn the other cheek, tells of the Golden Rule, salt of the earth, the 10 Commandments, salvatation and the Kingdom of God.  You can’t go wrong with this but you can go completely correct.  It’s the map upon which we “should” travel.

  • lol I love coffee i love garfield too
    ryc: thanks
