Iraqi
I talked to an Iraqi family last night. Actually the Dad, he was the only one that knew English. He translated my words to the family. They had just come out of Iraq and moved here to Yankton. I asked him how it was in Iraq and he said not so good. He explained that he helped the US military and that made him and his family a target. It was a very interesting conversation. I look forward to many more.

How exciting! We need to hear more of these conversations. That must be such a culture shock for them. It is nice that they have you in their lives to help smooth out some of the bumps.
have a great day randy!
oh you tagged me..lol
i sure it def difficult for them. bless their family and innocent pple there.
That made them a target for whom? I’d like to hear more myself!
That is good that you can talk to someone that actually lived and got out of the war over there. I think there would be less jokes from the americans if we got to know more Iraq citizens personally.
I need to take care of that little tag.
