I had been doing Tech Support for Hewlett-Packard’s DeskJet division for about a month when I had a customer call with a problem I just couldn’t solve. She could not print yellow.
All the other colors would print fine,which truly baffled me because the only true colours are cyan, magenta, and yellow.
For instance, green is a combination of cyan and yellow, but green printed fine. Every color of the rainbow printed fine except for yellow.
I had the customer change ink cartridges. I had the customer delete and reinstall the drivers. Nothing worked. I asked my coworkers for help; they offered no new ideas.
After over two hours of troubleshooting, I was about to tell the customer to send the printer in to us for repair when she asked quietly, “Should I try printing on a piece of white paper instead of this yellow paper?”

ha! RYC: I wont be putting outdoor decorations up this year….I dont think my OB would approve of me climbing on the roof *laughs* Otherwise, Id be up there putting christmas lights across the whole house!!! I love LIGHTS!!! I think the Indoor stuff is about all I have the energy for.

My problem, is that I dont know when to STOP…. My husband has to keep CONSTANTLY reminding me that Im not supposed to be lifting and climbing and all that….But its hard only being 5’0!!! If I wasnt pregnant, Id probably be doing WAY more than I have been…and honestly? ive been running OUT of things to do lately!
Due date??? well, They told me Dec 15, then, Jan 3, Then jan 4, then jan 5…then, dec 26…honestly? I dont think my drs have a clue. Im leaning more towards the first week in Jan…Hopeing for a Jan 1 baby…afterall…they send you home with hundreds of dollars of baby gear if you have the first baby of the year at the hospital
…sounds cheap huh? I suppose thats why Im only joking….In the end…Miss arianna will make her appearance when shes good and ready!!

RYC: Don’t feel bad… my mom has started decorating for Christmast two days before Thanksgiving and we’ve both gotten most of our shopping done already
Actually, we wouldnt be able to claim the baby on the taxes even if she were born before the new year….you have to have the baby for 6 months. So we still wouldnt make the tax break LOL…thats really not THAT important though….
Its funny your wife almost didnt make it to the hospital….I made it to the hospital with my first… but my dr didnt…She was born BEFORE I even got to be admitted to the hospital to have her LOL…
EEK youve deffinately got to be thinking I have nothing better to do than sit here on the computer…. I have two girls…theyre 2 and 3, and a third girl on the way…My husband also has 2 boys from a previous marriage, the oldest lives with us, the other is still in Ohio with his mom…. When I went into labor, They wanted to know if I was REALLY in labor…So they did the whole “exam” thing, and the lady goes “uhmm, is her dr here? cuz, Its time for her to push!” (I had initially just been sent over to be induced!)… And like 15 minutes later my daughter was HERE!

even on plain paper yellow doesn’t show up that well but it will do but black paper work good with light colors.

Who knew…you have to turn speakers on to get sound?? I’m bottle blond so use the blond thing every chance I get..
