The electrician should be here tomorrow.  Austin is getting the floor ready and we’ll be putting down a wood floor.

Kitchen Construction.  We’re moving part of the counter.  The electrician is coming on Monday.  So we have to make room in the basement for him to work.  -Lots of stuff for City Cleanup. 

This is what our kids play room right now.  It’s a challenge keeping the little kids out of the frig.


The washer and dryer will move and the stove and counter will be here.

The counter will be cut off and placed next to the stove.

Successful people make clear goals and work out those goals. 
My goals for today is:
Build my relationship with my Father God, by thinking upon Him and talking to Him today.
Build my relationship with my family, by connecting with each of em.
Put more in my life that draws me closer to Jesus and put away more that draws me away.

My heart is a windshield, determining how I view life.  That windshield can be clean or it can be muddied.  If I allow unclean things to enter my heart, my view on life is blurred.  My heart is the steering wheel of my life.  My heart will follow what it views.  If I allow Jesus in my heart, my view will be that of the Father’s will. 

If I allow power to enter my heart, my view on life is control.

I was talking to a young man the other day.  He was searching for something in life.  I told him he could have the surface type of relationship (He lives with his girlfriend) or he could have something so much deeper.  He nibbeled on the hook I extended towards him.  When people begin seeing Jesus, they can’t be satisfied with their life as they know it.  The knowledge of Jesus begins to torture the sinfulness of life.  I have come to the conclusion that my goal in life in not to help people come to Jesus.  My goal in life is to do the will of my Father.  The byproduct of that is people will come to know Jesus.   

I balance myself with Psalms.  David had great emotions. I enjoy emotions, having lived most of my life without em.  I sometimes feel like a bull in a china shop, trying to maneuver through emotions.  Jesus is the master of my entire life and He helps me navigate life with emotions.   The breakers of life wash over me.  All day long my God directs His love.  Why are you cast down oh my soul?  Praise God and you will live.  Why must I be oppressed by my enemy?  I will praise you my Lord my God. 

Pslams is great for emotional uplifting.  Sing Praises unto Your God.  I will exult Him today.
