I’m reading a book about President Lincoln and the decisions he made. Mcclellan was a Union General.  He gave Lincoln a difficult time and disagreed with him on many occasions.  On one particular event, during a war meeting Mcclellan told President Lincoln that his plan had to stay secret.  The General refused to tell the President anything but right after the meeting went straight to the reporters and revealed his entire plan. President Lincoln was able to work with Mcclellan and in doing so gained the respect of many others.

    Word of the Day: pontificate
President Lincoln was not a pontificate.
    Psalms 27:5-6
    Family: Danielle & hospital

What type of leader are you?
If you were President Lincoln would you of worked with Mccellan for the bigger feat?

You may have made a wrong turn if you come accross this sign.

  • that is an interesting sign

  • That is an awesome sign.

I’m not sure what kind of leader I am, but I’m fairly sure I’m not a pontificate.

  • I don’t try to lead when I don’t know what I’m doing. I tend to be more passive, while still knowing which direction to go. I like to share ideas with others, but due to my nature, it has always been hard to get others’ attention, especially during school. Therefore, I often tried to work by myself when possible. I don’t always work well with others. In high school, I refused to form a group and do a presentation in front of the class and almost failed that class. My stubborn nature doesn’t always work well with me.

  • Leader? I am in charge of my house hold since my husbands health has taken that position from him and I hope I am compassionate and kind.

  • Pope was not a pontiff but liked to pontificate yet without pomposity. And Saint Hilarious was a bit of a laugh.
