  • Dream

I had a dream last night.  Powerful clouds rushed to the horizon.  When the clouds hit the ground a large explosion happened.  I’ve had a lot happen within the past few weeks. Starting with the adoption process of the boys.

But I didn’t see what happened yesterday coming.  Out of the blue my 17 year old adopted daughter told me that she knew how to contact her biological mother.  I got the number from her and contacted Jackie.  I’m taking both Austin and Alisha to meet their bio mother on Friday.  I don’t know how that will be.  So I think that is the reason I had that turbulent dream.

    Do you dream?

  • Praying that the meeting will go well. I dream sometimes but usually can’t remember what I dream.

  • I dreamed that lightening flashed, and thunder roared, and then,..(DAMN!)…I woke up!!

  • That is an interesting dream. In dreams, clouds represent your mood and an explosion represents a big change is about to come. Hopefully, that isn’t scary. Children are scary, you never know what they are going to do next!

  • Yes, vividly. In my dreams, I’m always single. Is that weird for someone going on 9 years of marriage?

  • Yep–sometimes more vividly and memorable than others.

Hope (and pray) the meeting goes well.

  • What A Dream!
I dream. Some of them are so real.
Most of the time I pray for the people who are in my dreams.
I mean the alive people that I know in my dreams.
I’ve had dreams of people who have passed on.

There are many reasons why mothers give up their children for adoption.
I’m glad that your 17 year old adopted daughter gets to meet her birth mother.
    Hope everything works out.

  • yes I do dream of things long ago that are no more.

  • I usually dream every night, but I don’t remember all of them. The ones I do remember, however, are pretty vivid and always stay with me.
