I listened to the testimony of Ashley Smith, the lady who was taken hostage by Brian Nichols who killed several in a Atlanta courtroom including a judge. It was amazing. She lead him to Jesus and talked him into turning himself in. I could see Jesus in her as she was speaking. Ashley kept her composure all the way. At one point when they were getting rid of the vehicle Ashley could of sped away but she didn’t because she didn’t want other people to get hurt including Brian. She read a portion of the book, “Purpose Driven Life” by Rick Warren to him. She felt Brian Nichols was at her place for a purpose and that purpose was so he would hurt no one else. To God be the glory.
