How to know you’re having a bad day:
A telephone rings. “Hello! Is your phone number 444-4444?” “Yes, it is,”
“Thank God! Could you call 911 for me? I super-glued my finger to the phone.”
You are on the interstate. You come upon a huge group of motorcylists and your horn sticks.
The people in Israel are about to experience a bad day. God said, “Even if Noah, Daniel, and Job were here I will still judge you. That would be equivalent to saying today, even if Billy Graham were with you I will still judge you. I will still send my four sore judgements upon Jerusalem, the sword, and the famine, and the noisome beast, and the pestilence. I started this off with humor but this is a serious matter. God hates sin and will destoy sin one day. I for one don’t want to be attached to sin; so I clean my heart by asking the Father to forgive me through the cross of Jesus.

That would be me, with my finger glued to the 4 button. Funny and seriouss, seem like the best way to grab attention and then get the point across! Forgiveness is always the key, giving and asking for it.
