I’m still affected by what happened on Sunday. I’m enraptured by thoughts of heaven. I’m hoping I can get a lot of feed back on what you think it’ll will be like. Here’s a little more of what the kids said. For several minutes we dreamed, envisioned and had enjoyed celestial thoughts. They gave descriptions of what they thought heaven was going to be like. They said things like: a huge slide; swimming pools; candy off trees; Kool-Aid from streams; A lion or T-Rex as a pet. The most precious moment was Emily’s radiant face as she envisioned seeing her Dad again. That opened the conversation to all those that have gone on before us.

I don’t really know, I hadn’t thought about it much, other than the angels singing. Interesting question though, I think I’ll ask my small group bible study that question…. should be interesting how they respond.
what i wish heaven were like…i hope it’s like it is here on earth only without all the problems and all the evil that’s in the world. an ideal place without all this pain and strife. i don’t go for all that stuff with harps and angels and white robes. i don’t think it will be that different than it is here. a kind of paradise where justice really exists and everything is truly right and as it should be. did you ever read the book ‘heaven’ by randy alcorn? that’s a great book that is based on his interpretation of scripture. i’m sure you’d find it really interesting.
take care

heaven will be a place of eternal joy, where we will wordhip god all united. a place where we will cry no more, and the pain will sease. Aplace where we will live in united harmony, with the other holy ones. the streets will be of gold, and we will be happy without problems or pain.
Heaven is a place where there are no houses…. only meadows…… and just a simple peacefull place nothing fancey

Personally, I don’t think it will be like anything we’ve ever experienced. I feel like heaven is just God fully surrounding us so all I picture is this white light all around me. Keep in mind though, when I say me, I don’t mean “me” as a physical being of any kind, but rather pure spirit with no real form. I feel like my heart is about to leap out of my chest with joy. Even cooler, because there is no time in heaven, everyone gets there at the same time and that initial joy of being there lasts for eternity. A second is a millienium and a millenium is a second because we’re out of the bubble of time. The sheer ecstacy of being in God’s presence is enough. We no longer have questions about mortal life because we no longer feel a need for them to be answered. We’re so in awe of His majesty that we are able to just praise Him. In a sense, with my line of thinking, if there’s no time in heaven, it’s like you’re already there.
I’m sorry if that jumped around a lot, but when I get excited, proper grammer goes out the window.
Heaven will be an awesome place full of love…no stresses at all just a relaxing place where everybody can worship, no rules no hating just a lot of awesome stuff that nobody could ever dream of on earth
I don’t believe in God, sooo I don’t believe in such places as Heaven and Hell.
no problamo.
u have a good day too.
heaven is yoshi island man
I can’t even imagine.
I just hope that I’ll get to find out one day
Heaven is what you want it to be…. where everyone gets you and the smallest word tells you eveything where being happy is easy and you have mo worries where you can be you
Heaven will be where I and all other believers will sit with God, walk with Jesus, and sing praises to him without ceasing.
Heaven is anything you want it to be
The answer to some of that question is found in the book of Revelation chapters 21, 22. First of all, in Rev. 20:12-15 tell us that only those who have accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Savior will be there. That what it means when it says in verse 15 that “whoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire (hell).” There will be no sin, death, pain or crying in the new heaven either (Rev. 21:4) (I say new because God is going to create a new heaven and earth Rev. 21:1). Most importantly, GOD WILL BE THERE WITH US (Rev. 21:3). We won’t need a sun because Jesus will be the light. The new city will be HUGE, unfathomable to the human mind. Its dimensions are given in chap 21:9-27. Moving on to chapter 22, we see there will be a clear river flowing from God’s throne. There will be streets of gold and on either side of the main street, there will be a tree of life that has 12 kinds of fruits. We will be serving and praising God in His perfect dwelling place and our new eternal home. That is pretty much all we can tell about the heaven from these chapters, and many things we won’t find out until we get there. For instance, will we do our jobs like we did them here? Many preachers have speculated on that, and many others have other speculations, but I believe that our simple little imaginations of heaven won’t even come close to our real experiences there. I know I just can’t wait until my Jesus comes back so I can go live with Him! Amen?
hmm.. we cant really answer that because no one even has the slightest idea. No ones mind can comprehend what heaven will be like.
I’m not sure what it will be like for sure, but whatever it is it will be breathtaking and just what we need. A place were there will be no sorrow suffering, worrying, and the material things of this world won’t matter, becasue we will be in the ver presence of God. Just think how beautiful that will really be, I mean we see beautful glimpses of god on earth here in nature etc, jsut htink of that multiplied by like a million lol! I CAN’T WAIT!! lol

Heaven is where Grunts run around like maniacs and destruction and violence is everywhere.
i kind of think it will be like earth just “perfect” in a sense…. of being with god and there never being pain again
I believe that heaven will be a place where there is no more pain or sorrow. All will love eachother and be in perfect harmony with god as our father. But as far as how it will lokk I am not sure never thought of that part I just know we will all be happy with god and that is all that matters. I just hope my family and children will still no me and I will no them.
