As I read the posts of people from different walks of life, I see a reoccurring theme. The theme doesn’t differ between Christian and non Christian. That theme is “problems”. What makes a good novel? A problem revealed and then solved.
Although I have never watched the show “Desperate Housewives” and have no plans to do so, I see relational problems. The truth is that “Desperate Housewives” is popular because America identifies with the story line. Again – “problems”. A nation started to heal when Archie Bunker brought our race problems to light and we laughed. Problems are OK if it leads us to Jesus. Problems are not OK if it leads us to ourselves. I picked the above picture because it portrays how easy we can be directed. I need my Jesus because the winds (problems) of this life can turn my clothes pin existence upside down and point me in the wrong direction.

Cool post!!! That is so true! People do relate through problems… similarities…. it’s that whole thing of misery loves company…
RYC: If we look at our bodies as buildings, we are either God’s house, the devil’s house, or a vacant one where anyone can come and go as they please – probably demons. But there’s always someone residing in there at any given time… it’s who we choose to let in…
