I had the strangest thing happen to me last week. I was driving home and heard a thud on my back tire. I looked out the mirror and saw a squirrel run from my van towards a telephone poll. (I must of hit the squirrel.) As I was watching the squirrel tried to get up the pole but couldn't. The squirrel then ran back into the road laid down and died. I expected Rod Sterling to step out into the street and say, "What you have witnessed will now take you into the ...............................TWILIGHT ZONE"

This reminds me of the ONLY time I ever went hunting. I was about 12 or 13. I shot a squirrel and I felt like a murderer, so you can imagine I agree with the old Karen Carpenter sentiment, "Bless the Beasts and the Children." God cares.
