Hmmmmmm…..interesting…. ryc: they were contractors hired by AT&T, not actually AT&T people. The AT&T people I have spoken with when I finally got to the people who could actually deal with our problem have actually been pretty decent to us–with the exception of the one that said there was no way to prove who took the tools from our shed. Probably correct about that but a bit too nonchalont(?) about the whole thing. Still waiting for a response from the loss/risk/whatever people, though…
