  • Progress

I love watching progress.  This the Yankton side for the new bridge.  When I think of progress I think of the new heavens and the new earth.  When we make something then it’ll last for forever.  Now that’s the time I’m definitely signing up for construction projects.

Do you think of heaven much?  If so what are your thoughts of it?

  • I think of Heaven every day. I think of it as my ultimate, Eternal Home!

  • When I think of good people who have died, I think of them going to heaven. When it comes to my own mortality, I am not sure what I believe or expect. I’m kind of agnostic right now.

  • I think Heaven will be a warm blanket and we will be so comfy in our savior’s arms and I think more about staying out of hell.

  • I don’t actually. I don’t know why… it just isn’t something that is in my daily thoughts… God is… just not Heaven…

    Well except for now!

  • I think more about the things that will not be there that are here now… sickness, disease, evil, crying… etc

Then I try to imagine it… worshipping the way we were designed to worship… Gotta wonder.

  • i think about the people i love who have passed and how they are now safe in heaven.  that gives me comfort.

  • Good people do not go to Heaven.  SAVED people go to Heaven.

  • Heaven. My final destination – HOME.  More REAL than this place (earth) will ever be. Such beauty that we cannot even begin to imagine. TIME will not be there. I am looking FORWARD to seeing my mother. I have an appointment with her. The last time I saw her here on earth, she said: “Well, Carolyn, if I don’t see you again when you come home next summer, I’LL MEET YOU IN HEAVEN.”  And, that I’ll do. We must be careful to keep ourselves ready. Have a great day, Randy.  ~Carolyn

  • I do think about Heaven and I find myself thinking about it more as I grow older. I can’t wait. There is NOTHING in this world that makes me want to wait for Heaven. If the Lord were to come back before I get home from work and see my family, that would be ok. Now mind you, this is coming from a man who is blessed that all his immediate family are believers. This world certainly has nothing to hold me.

    Good question. Bless you Randy.

  • I think of heaven all the time.  I wonder what my parents are doing?  Will they be waiting for me when I die?

I remember watching my parents die.  Their last breath on earth …and picture their first celestial breath in heaven.  I picture them having the time of their lives!!

  • No, I don’t think of heaven. I believe when I will die there will be another life for me same as this; there also I will get new friends and it will go on like this….

  • I think of heaven and hell often.  Heaven is a place where darkness runs and hides.  Jesus died for our sins.  The gates of hell can not contain Jesus, someone who lived a life without sin.  Jesus holds the key to the gates of hell.  Jesus is the light and the way.
