I caught a glimpse at what America was like in her infancy last night, more than I ever had before.  The Founding Fathers intended for the foundation to be built upon Christianity and morality.  Many of them said without that, the paper the constitution is written on is worthless.  It wasn’t until the mid 1800′s that many of the Founding Father’s ideas were changed.  That change came through Harvard when a new President embraced Evolution by Charles Darwin.  We went from a natural law to a progressive law thought process.  Breaking it down:  We went from believing all law came from God (natural law) to all law coming from man (progressive or evolutionary law).  Tomorrow this nation is going to vote along the same lines.  The Democratic party has largely bought the idea of progressive law and the Republican party struggles to hold on to the natural law.  Americans need to vote their morality and not words that stir us or a love for change.

(By the way, “Testify to Love” came on while I was typing — it’s brought a deep sense of conviction …)

  • It will all work out and we will help whoever wins get us out of this man made mess we’re in.

  • The Truth Project has some good information, but it slams Darwin too much. I am a Biblical Creationist, but a big fan of the theory of natural selection. Darwin was a brilliant man, for his time.

  • baby crying? I don’t think we’re voting tomorrow against or for abortion.Remember I’m catholic.

  • @jillcarmel - We sure are voting for or against abortion tomorrow.  Obama is for abortion -specifically he’s for partial birth abortion and McCain is against it.  I’ll be so bold as to say that a vote for Obama is a vote for abortion.

  • @jessacaj - Darwin was a most evil man.  He changed the course of history for bad.  I 100% believe in  Biblical creation.  You can’t believe in evolution and creation at the same time.

  • @Randy7777 - I need to apologize to you cause I didn’t realize that you were talking about the babies laughing on the video. I thought you were saying that I didn’t like babies.

  • @Randy7777 -

I didn’t say I believe in evolution. I believe in in natural selection, a theory that Darwin proposed, which in no way contradicts the Bible.

Just because evil men like Hitler used Darwin’s theories to justify the atrocities they committed does not make Darwin an evil man. Darwin was not the first person to say God did not create the earth, that idea has been circulating for a while. Darwin was simply one of the few to base his atheism on the biological research of his day, despite the fact that his theory of evolution is now outdated and no longer plausible.

  • P.S. Good call on voting. I’m supporting McCain-Palin as well.

  • Today will change the course of history!  I just pray that we get the man we need and not the man we deserve.

  • @Kowpatty - Amen – I pray Life is protected today.

  • Thanks! A good day to you too.
