Alisha’s Poem
Alisha, my daughter, went to Fine Arts and recieved a very high mark for her poem that she wrote. It’s real and it’s her. Here she is reciting it.

Hey, that’s a great poem (and as you may know, I write some poems MYSELF….so I should KNOW!) Congrats to you and her that she’s kept herself pure, and she’s absolutely right regarding the POINT of the poem. Thanks for sharing and God bless you and your daughter.
That was amazing!!!!
tell Alisha that she is very brave to get up there and wonderful poem of hope.
At 57yr old I realize now that everyone is like M&Ms shining on the outside but I just saw my insides- all dark and mushie. Look at them they are everything they say they are. If I had know that they were the same way I felt; then it would have saved me alot of heart ache.
Great job!
@clintspirations - Thanks – She’s struggled and for her to be that “real” was difficult. I was very proud of her.
@Kowpatty - Thanks
@jillcarmel - She was so nervous. She wanted to go to nationals with that and missed it by one point. Maybe next year.
@lindaintennessee - Thanks
@Randy7777 - You’re welcome, you SHOULD be proud. Hey, if you get a chance, I’d value your input (not even knowing if you’d agree or disagree) on my newest post….it regards the POLL that says Obama is more popular than Jesus, in America.
Tell her not to give up that she is really doing well. What is she thinking about career wise?
