He is a conservative in a Liberal media society that loathes him, Go Glen!
He’s a charlatan who lies, cheats and takes advantage of the ignorant and disturbed for profit, and if he got hit by lightning I would be happy.

You mean proof that he’s lied? He (and this is just one example) took a speech from the president addressing members of the peace corps where obama was praising the peace corps and said that a civillian force (meaning obviously the peace corps) was just as important for promoting american foreign policy. Beck took that line out of context and then did a whole show about how obama is advocating the creation of his own private military army, loyal only to him, and comparing it to the waffen SS and comparing obama to saddam hussein. He then claimed that he had created his “private army” and that it was the organization americorps, which is the domestic equivalent of the peace corps which obama did not create, which gets volunteers to clean up neighborhoods, fix run down houses etc and is nothing to do with the military. Obama had increased their budget by one billion dollars, fulfilling his campaign promise to promote volunteerism in the US, which beck reported as “half a trillion dollars”, claiming that obama was going to give them the same funding as the US military.

Glenn Beck is completely full of shit, he riles people up by lying, and says such outrageous lies and gets away with it by exploiting the gold mine of people who want to hate the first black president and will hang their hat on any inane conspiracy theory.

Go on youtube and do a search for “rahm emanuel and civilian defense force”. Since when do you mandate volunterism? Sounds more like a draft to me and for some reason defense sounds totally different than peace corps. So, was Emanuel lying? Mistaken? Stupid? That’s an awful big error to make.

Even if your conspiracy theory nonsense was true (which it isn’t) that wouldn’t make glenn beck any less of a liar for making the above distortions and lying repeatedly.

I apologize for my language, I was not trying to be offensive – on the internet most people don’t care.
And the above lies I got from watching clips of full episodes of his show on youtube. And yes, I’ve seen his show on TV, though it’s usually not even interesting.

Of course you don’t care to debunk. A few years ago Obama spoke on the single payer system explaining that steps needed to be taken to implement it, I believe it was while he was running when he said that he was not a proponent of it. So what was your point about lying?

Both of them can be liars at the same time, it’s not an either/or thing.
Again I could argue with you, but I don’t care to. It is irrelevant to my point about glenn beck, who lies to scare people and thus get ratings and money, on a regular basis.
@agnophilo - Not the point I was trying to make. It doesn’t matter who you try to make Beck appear to be. I listen to him all the time, have for years. I know what he says, I do fact check, I also know that he is constantly quoted out of context. Scare people? He’s exposing not just one man, but a whole group who have either taught or live by the doctrine of Saul Alinsky. It doesn’t matter how you get what you want, all that matters is that you get it.

You asked me to support the claim that he is a liar, I listed several extreme, insane lies he has said, and now you’re just saying “no, he’s not a liar” as if it just wishes away everything I said.
No, he’s not being quoted out of context, HE quoted obama out of context you idiot. He equated the PEACE CORPS with the WAFFEN SS to scare idiots who want some justification to hate obama.
@agnophilo - Thanks for your respect. I won’t defend Beck. To me he’s like a gocery store. There are some things on the shelf I like and I buy it. There are some things on the shelf I don’t. I leave that on the shelf. It’s the same with Rush. Personnally I don’t listen to to many commentators or believe all they have to say. I have too many other important things in my life. @agnophilo - Again, don’t understand how you can confuse the Peace Corp with a Civilian Defense Force. I won’t resort to name calling and will not respond anymore to someone with such disrespect. Beck was making a point, that being that, you don’t MANDATE VOLUNTERISM or consider a Civilian DEFENSE Force a Peace Corp organization. You may consider it extreme but he has a point.

I didn’t confuse the peace corps with a “civillian defense force”, glenn beck took one sentence from obama’s speech TO the peace corps ABOUT the peace corps and said he was advocating the formation of a civillian military army only loyal to himself.
