Character Traits – Help
One day I will write a novel. Right now I’m studying the process.
My favorite character trait of course is the one I have -lol. President Calvin Coolidge is my favorite president. He was nicknamed “Silent Cal.”
When Danielle talks on the phone she is to the point, says what she needs to and she hangs up.
I’m a person of few words, but I like to make those words count.
My favorite character (Ted Dekker book) was a young man that was beyond intelligent. He used wit to confuse his enemies and he didn’t say much, but what he said was profound. What character trait do you like the most?

Compassion.
There are times when I am like you; very quiet, but have words that count when they are needed. And other times, I can be quite opinionated and go on tangents.
Honesty.
What’s your favorite Dekker book? Did you read Kiss? (I know it was co-written)
@stephensmustang - I love all Tedd Dekker books. If I had to pick one I’d say, “A man called Blessed”. I enjoyed that one.
@laytexduckie - I call my tangents – “Uncle Buck” moments and my girls know what I mean, I’ve had to do it to chase the boys away. -lol Thanks
It’s hard to choose. I’m not sure it’s a character trait, but it’s something I’ve sensed in others that I appreciate. I have tried to develop more of it myself. It is empathy.
Wishing you and your family a blessed Thanksgiving.
~~Peace, Joy, Prayers ‘n Cheers
@stephensmustang - I did read Kiss by Dekker.
