My thoughts are scattered, all over the place. My reaction, I feel like I could burst into tears at any minute. My heart re-broke for Caylee today.
I thought people just wanted someone to blame.. But I feel mixed about it.. But since they cant find anything really linking her to the murder than I would have to say she’s in the clear… I think this one will be kind of an OJ case.. People with have different opinions
How on earth???? Not even of lesser charges?
I think she’s guilty and I’m suspicious that they didn’t even charge her with child abuse considering she “lost” her 2 year old for over 31 days . . . around here that’s considered abuse.
@bethro78 - I was shocked about the child abuse. I mean a parent that doesn’t know where there child is for that long and doesn’t report it?
@Randy7777 - Yeah, and she even admitted that. Which is why it’s dumb not to convict for it. For the rest, I think the prosecution proved that she was murdered just not that Casey did it specifically. I feel bad for the jurors though because most people think she’s guilty and many people (myself included) are annoyed. ha.
Nobody innocent would’ve gone off partying while their daughter is “missing,” and tell a bunch of lies to the court. That verdict is bullshit. Those are my thoughts.
she is guilty if her darter drown thead would call 911 right away not put tape on her mant and nose and drive around with her in her car for days and depose of her bodey and lies to eavey bodey about it
@bethro78 - I relooked at what the charges was and it was aggravted child abuse. It meant that she did physical harm to her daughter, not just neglect.
@soullightsky - You know I work with single mom’s and their children. I’m shocked and have reported incidences I’ve seen. The mother of the kids we adopted were very capable of doing exactly what Casey did. (Party while not knowing where their child is) The mother, Jackie, would want to go out and party. She would call us up and say, “Come and get these kids, I can’t handle them.” And we did. We’ve had moms leave their kids with us for days by telling us that she’d be right back. I’m bothered that there are many single mom’s like that.
I don’t know if she did it. She’s the only one that knows that… all I know is she will have to live with the fact that her baby is dead and she’s at least partially to blame. She will also be infamous for the rest of her life. So even though she won’t spend the rest of her life in jail, her life is not going to be pleasant or normal by any stretch of the imagination. I feel bad for her and her family, it’s a very sad situation.
@meggiek123 – my heart goes out to her family. Hopefully she is not self centered like she was. The media will destroy her if she continues her party life

It’s hard to believe cuz we weren’t given the full story. We weren’t on the jury. (Thank goodness for me! ) I think the press portrayed her guilt and convinced the public of it too. Since the jury couldn’t convict “without a reasonable doubt…..” that equals “Not Guilty.” I think that’s what people keep forgetting.
Regardless, she’ll get her ‘Dues’ in the end…. You know what I mean?
@armnatmom – we have a great justice system. We are innocent until proven guilty. She was not proven gulity in the eyes of the jury
@Randy7777 - Me too. If you aren’t willing to put your kids first ahead of yourself, then you don’t need kids. Plain and simple. Either don’t have any, or let others adopt them.
She is as guilty as sin. Casey Anthony may have escaped judgement here on earth, but on Judgement Day she will not escape the Great Judge of the Universe.
Shocked! Casey’s life has just begun… How will she make it in the world? Her life won’t be the same. She may think that’s she free.
There are things all of us have give answers to. God knows what we do or don’t do. If we don’t tell the truth….God knows.
as the law stated there not enough evident to put her in jail BUT not reporting her own child missing within 24 hour is beyond any mother’s minds.
I believe she is totally guilty and should be punished.
I am beyond ticked off. My only comfort is the fact that Caylee’s in a better place and will never be hurt again.
