  • Mess With

I use to work at a Federal Prison.  There was an inmate there that loved to mess with people.  His favorite person to mess with was the psychiatrist.  On more than one occasion he would have the psychiatrist running out of the building, checking on his vehicle.  The inmate rarely talked to the psch but would talk to someone else in ear shot of the man.  It was funny.  One reason I like America’s Got talent is to see how Howie is going to irritate Piers.

Do you “mess” with anyones head?

  • Evangelizing to atheists here on Xanga is my greatest joy in life. It’s like holding up a Cross in front of a vampire.

  • @LoBornlytesThoughtPalace - I can see you have fun here on xanga.

  • I mess with a lot of people but they are used to it and usually get back at me too.

  • @Margo73 - Sounds fun.  There is a lady in the church that loves to mess with everyone.  She was a counselor on one of the camps we went to.  We stopped at a fast food place and she ordered a chicken sandwich.  The girl behind the counter said, “Sorry we’re out of chicken sandwiches.”  Allison said ok and looked at the menu for a few minutes and said, OK, then I’ll take the ……….. chicken sandwich.  We all started laughing because the poor girl behind the counter had no idea what to do.

  • @Randy7777 - Ha ha…..sounds like I would get on with her just fine.

  • That prison doesn’t sound so bad.

  • @LoBornlytesThoughtPalace - Yes. Figured that. Makes for great reading. :)

  • @FrenzElectric - I hope you don’t tell them that I’m being bad.

  • @LoBornlytesThoughtPalace - Ha ha … no! There’s nothing like presenting the truth veiled in the truth then disguised as lies.

  • In a word, “nope”! I see no purpose for it.  ~~Blessings, Prayers ‘n Cheers

  • I do that all the time through my blogs..

  • yes I mess with my hubbys head in a joking way all of the time and he does the same with me. We have the gift of laughter in our home.

  • @Grannys_Place - Sounds like a fun time.

  • @The_Eyes_Of_A_Painter - I like your style with your blogs.  I always wonder where you’re headed.

  •  @f5ye_angel5 - It was a low security prison.

  • I used to, but I don’t much any more.

  • Have you seen the movie called The Shawshank Redemption base on this book by Stephen King? This post just reminded me of that and I was wondering if that prison was anything like that. Old folks picking on the freshmeats, a guy who can get you anything (whenever a movie has a person like that I always doubt that some guy like that can exist in a really bad place until this guy who was a vietnam war veteran said that there was a guy in his group name freddie who can get you anything and he’s still wondering where he got the apple pie – this is gonna sound mean but I wanted to see if he’d cry so i asked him if there was anything he regretted but he didn’t and just said something about not joining the protest groups i think and not knowing what’s going on I think), and people spending so much time in there that they just got use to the prison and wanted to stay.

  • I’ve always been fond of getting messy head.

  • All the time although sometimes its unintentional, just happens as a result of my personality. For instance, I had to go see a shrink for Social Security, and the first thing he asked me to do is spell WORLD. I asked him which one. He looked a little uneasy as he replied “this one” I sighed and said “No, I mean do you want me to spell W-O-R-L-D, W-H-I-R-L-E-D, or W-H-O-R-L-E-D?” He looked unsure as he told me no one had ever asked him that. I said, “Well surely I am not the only person in the WORLD who has WHIRLED their finger in a whoop-tee-freakin’-do fashion, watched as their life WHORLED down the toilet, or read something other than the take out menu of a restaurant!” By the end of the 45 minutes-called-an-hour, he informed me I was on the wrong side of the desk! LOL
