  • VP Debate

The Vice Presidential Debate is tonight.  Joe biden and Paul Ryan.

The debate will cover both foreign and domestic topics and be divided into nine time segments of approximately 10 minutes each. The moderator will ask an opening question, after which each candidate will have two minutes to respond. The moderator will use the balance of the time in the segment for a discussion of the question.

Who do you think will win the debate?

  • Martha Raddatz, the moderator is an old friend of Obama.  He was at her wedding 20 years ago.  I doubt whether she will take her cue from Jim Lehrer and stay out of the way.

But given a fair playing field any Democrat is poised to lose a debate simply by virtue of the facts.  Reality does not support the Democrat worldview.

And since Ryan is intellectually adept and experienced at presenting and defending his positions, I think Biden is going to have his hands full.

  • Biden is known for his flip flops, and this will be an interesting debate.

@PrisonerxOfxLove - Although Obama attended the wedding of Martha R. yet he was known to her husband, from whom she is now divorced. And since it is out in the open, Martha for sure will stay clear from being partial at this debate.

  • @angys_coco - The Press is pro-Obama.  The intensity and depth of that bias has made a mockery of freedom of the press.

  • @PrisonerxOfxLove - Not all the press. Fox News is there for the Republicans.

  • i think ryan as biden is just not adept at any of this.

  • Um, can I just say I’m salivating in anticipation? Ryan is very, very good. The thought of Biden taking the reins, were anything to happen to Obama, is frightening.

  • @PrisonerxOfxLove - I think you are right.  Ryan is a walking book of facts.  It will be interesting

  • @Kellsbella - Yes, that is very frightening- the saying “things can’t get any worse” isn’t true in that senario.

  • @angys_coco - Fox is an actual news outlet.  Their only connection to the Republican Party is that they report reality, not a censored version of it.

  • I couldn’t bear to watch the presidential debates but do plan to watch this one.  I’ve managed to justify voting for Mitt Romney by calling it a vote for the VP, Paul Ryan.  I continue to pray daily for all the candidates, as He is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

  • Definitely RYAN.
