I planted some kale, collard, spinach, carrot and basil seeds. And also some strawberry sprouts. I plan on having a killer garden this year. The temperatures are going to be near 80F this week.
I saw Leo Kottke and John Prine live. They were amazing, as expected. I hope they come around again (especially Leo.) I always look for next year’s tour schedule with apprehension, though, because you never know if this is going to be the year he retires.
Sat on the porch and watched the birds. They line up in a row on the roof of the toolshed and wait their turn at the feeder. I’ve got to video tape it.
