Noah had his Holiday Concert last night. It was good. We enjoyed it. The only thing I wished they would do was sing actual Christmas songs. No mention of Christmas or Jesus.
Do you think it’s right to leave Jesus out of Christmas, so no one is offended?

It depends on the venue and who’s paying for it. If it’s funded in whole or in part by tax dollars, or if it’s on public property (such as in front of City Hall or something like that), then yes, religious references should be omitted. Concerts held on private property should be permitted to sing about anything they want to.
Basically, I agree with TheSchizoidMan’s opinion. I think it depends on the situation. In terms of greetings, because there are holidays during this period, I see nothing wrong with the term, “Happy Holidays”. Also, as I heard a preacher comment recently, the word “holiday” means “holy day”. My Jewish friends have wished me a “Merry Christmas” and I have no problem with wishing them “Happy Hannuka”. If we want to keep Christ in Christmas, then I want to see more Christlike acts, such as those Jesus told his followers (of which I am one) to do. I want to see more of Jesus in actions, not just at Christmas, but all through the year. On the other hand, December 25th is a recognition of and celebration of Jesus, who was a real person who was important in history, so carols are appropriate and I don’t have a problem saying, “Merry Christmas” to others because I don’t think it may offend. ~~Blessings ‘n Cheers
I think it is more important for Believers to maintain Christ in Christmas and not be upset when someone says Happy Holidays…like Donna mentioned there are celebrations during the Christmas season up through New Years…I want people to see Jesus in me and not someone angry because they didn’t wish me a Merry Christmas!
@TheSchizoidMan - It’s sad that your view is becoming more wide spread.
NOPE–this country was founded on Godly principals and for the right to serve and express faith in GOD.So in my humble opinion, it makes no difference whether it’s a public place or not. I am not angry w/others about it, just think it’s wrong to leave Christ out of Christmas.
